Basically the same, just muted movement, we’ve been staying within a $1 channel for SPY. Other stocks have been doing their own thing but most are also pretty muted too. Everyone just holding their breath waiting.

I will admit, though there were only 3 steps to follow I forgot to buy-in right before J Pow started to talk. Instead I was just watching the livestream like a deer in the headlights trying to see if he says anything different from Jackson Hole. I managed to jump in for a little bit but I should have been paying better attention. Also I was screwing around too much earlier in the day and didn’t have much BP left, so shame on me.

Also adding this chart for record. While IV was building up during the day, looks like it peaked at 2:15 and bottomed around 2:45. Will update the first post with the SPY chart and data for the day so we have it on record for next time.
