Previous thread is archived. News just released about a private placement at $12 per share. New PT of $12 is going around, but I am not that knowledgeable about private placements. I hope someone on this forum can chime in as to what this does for the stock. Current price is $4.02. With a PT of $12, this could be a decent play along with it’s options. The options get weirder. Contracts extend to $9 in May, but can be found spreading past $20 for other months. In December, you have exactly 1,884 open interests for both calls and puts on the $25 strike as well.
