Taking some Footlocker ($FL) puts in anticipation of IV run up prior to earnings (May 20 2022). Remember they lost Nike which accounted for 70% of their revenue so guidance will probably be dogshit.

Eyeing RIVN puts this morning due to info in RIVN thread. Seems overwhelmingly bearish.
SPY has fallen enough there could be a bit of a bounce so until it picks it’s direction after open just gonna watch it.
When the whole market is down bad like this early in premarket, i like to focus put energy on tickers with a “secondary” bearish catalyst rather than just general market sentiment. RIVN meets that criteria with the pending Ford sell and lockup removal.

Closed 1/4 may 20 20p chgg puts, 100% gain now. Letting the last 1/4 ride.
Despite it’s little pops, put scalps off rejections for RIVN paid well this AM. I’m currently holding one FD put still for shits and gigs but out of all other puts. Done for day.

Picking up one 5/20 AFRM 25c, their earnings are coming up this week and I think they will beat. Iirc, the other payment companies this quarter have beaten estimates (paypal, visa) so I’m gonna take this gamble
