Buying Calls 30-20 minutes before Minutes are released (2PM EST) typically leads to an opportunity to sell for profit. It’s recommended to sell on the exact candle. It is not recommended to hold beyond 2:01PM as you risk catching a downtrend. You can always re-enter if Minutes leads to an uptrend.
