I’m not Conq but I’m a big fan of MACD plus RSI. I’m most successful with SPY when I wait for MACD look like it’s going to reverse into an upward trend and RSI is below 50.

I make my decisions on the 5 minute chart but I watch the 1 minute to see what’s happening “inside” the 5 minute candles.
