Hey everyone. Just wanted to share some informative links I’ve come across while doing more research on SPACs. Below are two links that give pretty good details on what a SPAC is, why it is different from an IPO, how they’ve grown in popularity for companies wanting to go public, and how the terms of the share lockup periods for each work.
