So today an hour before close, a ruling was issued in NLST case against Google denying intervening rights in a patent infringement case. The stock popped 30% after the news. Putting this here as there may be some continuation tomorrow and next week. Last year similar news around a settlement with SK Hynix led to a pop of several hundred %.
Note, this is an OTC stock with no options and a small market cap. So movement can be…weird. Talk suggests a possible settlement could be in the billions, which would move the price hugely. I have already been invested here and will likely take some profit.
