Isn’t that just a filing though, and not an offer?
I saw something about how the filing is for shares that they already sold in November, but I didn’t read too much into it. All I know is that for now the momentum looks dead. Falling under $3 was it for me.

Looks like it may get a pump next week. Both this guy and supahotfiiire are stirring the pot. Might take a small position to see what retail does to run it up.
