Do we have anyone here in the medical field? I had a DOT physical today and have a couple quick questions (I’m just gonna put them here cuz it’s not sensitive info to me).

Are those records permanent? Or can I just go get a second opinion?

I was given a psychiatric release form to go get authorized from a physician, my previous physician (haven’t seen in like a year) has left their practice and I’m stuck trying to contact him or go through the facility which is asking for me to do a new visit. I don’t trust talking with someone new about depression as I have it and most people don’t understand it imo including professionals, going through the facility feels like a setup for being rejected on this DOT medical release. Looking for any thoughts on best way to get approved here.
