Heard a lot of talk about Spectrum losing ESPN and Disney channels from coworkers and clients today. With college and pro football, baseball post season, hockey and basketball around the corner, this may dig into spectrums earnings. They are expected to release in Nov but i thought it might be a good time to start looking at how bad the loss of those channels might hit spectrum and help Disney. Just a place holder for now.
Well after using fubos free trial to watch football last week, then YouTube tv free trial this week, we have decided to say FU charter and switching to AT&T fiber. Should’ve done it long ago. Strange thing is we have Disney+ with ESPN, ESPN+ subscriptions bundled but we still can’t watch ESPN. I think we were offered a bundle through charter that they no longer honor. Lots of people in my area are also switching to AT&T now. Might be the big winners from this battle
