Frontier and Spirit are merging soon. This was announced in early feb actually but just picked it up on my radar. They are both budget airlines with very similar marketshare trying to carve out TAM from the big 3.
I’ll be updating this thread with my thoughts after work but wanted to get this on Valhalla’s radar as well.
