Quick googling says OPEX occurs every 3rd Friday of month and OPEX week will be bearish and week after OPEX is bullish. Is it right?

Your question is way to general for anyone to give you a remotely substantial answer. I suggest googling more on the ‘why’ rather than the ‘what’. The ‘why’ will give you more clue on the trustworthiness of the ‘what’.
